Aquarius

I wrote a short story called "Aquarius" and decided to try drawing the main characters so I could figure out what they looked like. This is what came out.

The shorter character is Becks, who's in a queerplatonic relationship with the taller character, Austin. Becks is aromantic and asexual, and Austin is demiromantic, graysexual, and gender fluid. The story is about them auditioning to be aboard a starship called The Water-Bearer which is making a one-way trip to another planet. (Becks kind of has mixed feelings about this.) Despite their best efforts, this couple is most often misunderstood as a pair of space lesbians. Ho-hum.
